The probable first multi storey apartment

Devanahalli is now geared to get first True Multi storey apartment right on Six lane highway opposite Cafe Coffee Day and HP gas station. It has more than 250 units with all the amenities and could be ready to move in by October 2012. The project name is Hoysala Broxia from Hoysala builders.

Devanahalli Aerospace SEZ

Devanahalli Aerospace SEZ ( Special Economic Zone) covering nearly 1000 acres, the development in full swing by KIADB. It is expected to get 25 billion USD in investments. Some of the major players who have started constructions are Wipro Aerospace, NAPC, BEML Aerospace and many other companies. This SEZ is located right behind south east side of the Bengaluru International Airport. It covers the villages of batter marenhalli, singahalli, mylanahalli and many more.

Mini Vidhan Souda replaces old Taluk office and sub registrar's office of Devanahalli. It is the single point interface between local government administration and public. This new building has ample parking space, a canteen and other facilities to the public.

If you are coming from Nandi hills or
Devanahalli side and going towards Bangalore, never forget to buy few Fresh Greens. The 'Green Man' Ramesh is available from 4 pm to 7 pm on left side of the highway around 2 km from Devanahalli bypass circle. Stopping here to buy greens is not only good for your health but it can also save you from getting ticket from traffic cops :). Grapes Grapes

Around Devanahalli there are plenty of Grape gardens and some vineyards like Grover and Nandi on Devanahalli Nandi Road. You can visit vineyard with prior appointment with their corporate office in Bangalore. Venkatagiri kote which is 5 km towards Hyderabad is the Grape hub from where Grapes are packed and distributed to other parts of the state.

At this point in time, Devanahalli has only one Coffee Shop. It's located on
